This is not an exhaustive list of all of the kinds of problems I work with, but here are some themes I've noticed across many of my clients. If any of these themes sound like you, we may be a great fit in working together:
- People with a history of conforming to others' expectations who want to develop their ability to discern and prioritize their own needs and values
- People who have been socialized to ignore their feelings and want to have more meaningful relationships
- People wanting to improve their relationships with their bodies due to poor body image, difficulties with sexual functioning, or not knowing how to listen to their bodies
- Couples who are committed to their relationship, but are struggling to resolve problems related to sexual intimacy, relationship structure, or communication
- People of any gender identity who feel like they are swimming against the current of gender norms
- People looking to resolve dissonance between their choice to pursue ethical non-monogamy and their lived emotional experience with it
